STACC-VAC Router Base 7" x 11" - For routers up to 3 1/4 hp

Recognizing that dust abatement in solid surface fabrication is fast growing issue, Betterley Industries has tackled one of the largest contributors to the problem in your shop, the hand held router. The STACC-VAC Router Base not only provides an elevated degree of stability, accuracy, and safety It also makes great strides towards alleviating airborne dust created in the majority of all hand held routing applications.

STAbilty - Large 7" x 11" base and outboard knob provide superior control, even with large diameter bits.

ACCuracy - Oversized base is machined from 1/2" thick aluminium for accuracy and durability.

VACuum - Integrated vacuum system and adjustable dust deflector capture over 95% of dust generated in most typical routing applications.

• Works on any material- Solid Surface Material, Solid Lumber, Particle Board, MDF, Plywood, Plastics, etc.
• Mounts directly to many popular routers.
• Straight edges are ideal for guiding against straight edges.
• Dust deflector can be mounted in various positions when using narrow straight edges and template guides.
• Allows use of template guides with optional sub-base.
• Shields and protects from flying debris and the exposed cutting bit.
• Ideal for most applications- edge profiles, straight cutters, rabbet cuts, dado cuts, grooving cuts, etc.
• Accepts bits up to 3 1/2" diameter with optional sub-base.
• Keeps vacuum hose out of the way above the material and base.
• Solid, durable construction.

The 7" x 11" STACC-VAC is available in 4 variations.

 SV700

This is the standard base and sub-base with no deflectors or lower bit guard.

SV710

Includes everything in the SV700, but adds a deflector, brushes, lower bit shield and installation hardware.

SV720

Includes everything in the SV700 and SV710, but adds a second deflector, brushes and extended installation hardware.

SV851

This includes everything in the SV700, but includes our SVG850 edge guide for rabbet cuts up to 1/4" deep. (bit not included)
