I have used Betterley products for years. They fit right, look nice and last. I had to disassemble my table saw to move it and once reassembled, I needed a new zero clearance insert to cut for the blade's slightly different position.

I know I could make my own using the original for a template but this (4) pack will probably last me the rest of my life and I wanted to set up a couple designated ones for other applications (dado..) Very high quality. This Betterley zero clearance trully is the "last you will ever need"

Kerf inserts are easily changed within the aluminum insert. This allows you to have one replaceable insert for each blade you use, cutting angles, or using with dado blades up to 13/16".
